NOTE: As of 2026-06-01, we can no longer provide “default” FedEx rates. If you'd like to show FedEx rates on your Foxy cart and checkout, you'll need to create your own FedEx account. It's free, but unfortunately FedEx's online services aren't generally “easy”, so proceed with patience, and contact us if you need any help.

1. Visit FedEx, select your country if so prompted, and find the link to “Sign Up” (generally in the top right of the page).
2. Set up an account if you need. Login.
3. Keep this open in another tab.

1. Log into the legacy Foxy admin: https://admin.foxycart.com/ (NOTE: We'll be porting this functionality to the new admin, but for now it's only available in the legacy admin.)
2. In the top navigation (under the ACCOUNT section) click on Integrations https://admin.foxycart.com/admin.php?ThisAction=AddIntegration. Scroll down to the “native integrations” section and find FedEx at the bottom.
3. Check the FedEx checkbox. Review FedEx's license agreement, check the “I have read and understand” checkbox, and click the “I accept” button. The license agreement will be replaced with a “Step 2: Account Information” set of fields.
4. Enter the required fields, matching what's displayed in your FedEx account.
   1. Your account number and account name can be found in the “ACCOUNTS & PAYMENTS” section of your FedEx portal.
   2. The billing address details can also be retrieved from that page by clicking the down arrow at the right end of your account row.
5. Click “Validate the address”. (NOTE: We don't control this step, so if you have issues, double check your FedEx data and try again.)
6. When “Step 3” appears, we recommend selecting “EMAIL” as the verification method. This will send a one-time code to the email on file at FedEx. Enter the code you received and enter it back into Foxy.
7. When you see the “✓ FedEx Account Connected Successfully!” message, click the green “Update Integrations” button below.
8. Test things out by going to your website, adding a product to your cart, and entering an address on your checkout. Foxy will now be pulling rates from FedEx using your account on FedEx's latest API.

Important If you are shipping internationally from the United States with FedEx, you should have both “International Economy” and “International Ground” selected. Ground is used for Canadian/Mexico and Economy is used for overseas shipments. If you only select one option, you won't be able to return rates for some countries.
