Helcim Commerce Transaction Solutions

For connecting your Helcim account to Foxy, there are two pieces of information from your account that is needed to be entered into Foxy, the merchant/account ID and the API token. Follow these steps for getting those for your account: Log in to your Helcim account or developer test account Click All Tools in the top-left corner Select Integrations under Merchant Tools Ensure you are on the API Access Configurations page Click New API Access to get started Enter a name for your API Access Configuration Select the checkout integration checkbox if you are integrating with HelcimPay.js and enter the URLs where it will be hosted Select the appropriate Access Restrictions for your token Click on Create located in the top right to save the configuration and generate your token

1. Log in to the Helcim administration.
2. Click the “All Tools” option in the top left hand corner and select “Integrations” under “Merchant Tools”
3. Click the “New API Access” button at the top of the page
4. Give the API token a name (like “Foxy.io” for example)
5. Do not check the “I will use this token for a checkout integration” checkbox
6. In the “Access Restrictions”, “General” and “Settings” can be set to “Read”, but “Transaction Processing” should be set to “Admin”
7. Save the API token
8. Once saved, within the “API Access Information” section, the “Token” value is available, which is the value you need to enter in Foxy.
9. Log in to the Foxy administration, and on the “Payment” page of the Foxy administration, enable the “Let customers pay with a Credit or Debit Card” and select “Helcim” from the list. Enter the API token you got from Helcim into the respective field in Foxy
10. Optionally configure your verification option (we generally recommend “Enabled, automatically”) and enter your Terminal ID from Helcim if needed.
11. Save the updated payment settings.

As part of Foxy's integration with Helcim, you will need to request that your Helcim account be enabled for using Full Card Numbers with their API with Helcim's support team. This is enabled on a per account basis, but you can let the Helcim support team know that you're using Foxy.io for your ecommerce. Helcim will reach out to us to confirm that you are a Foxy.io user before enabling it for your account. They will also require some attestation of your PCI compliance, but that should be fairly simple (as Foxy is the one actually handling the card data), and there shouldn't be any additional costs associated with that.
