Bluefin only requires the account number to be entered in the FoxyCart admin, but the FoxyCart IP address range must be added or transactions will fail with an IP address not authorized
error.

Run a test transaction against your gateway first to see if you get an error. If so, add the IP returned in the error to your Setup → Access Security page.

FoxyCart may change IPs occasionally. When this happens, notice will be given at least a week in advance, but it is critical that the IP address whitelist in your Bluefin admin is updated before that happens. A FoxyCart team member will alert all users using Bluefin by email, so ensure that your email address is up to date in the FoxyCart admin.
